Member rates
What each letter costs on either plan:

Note — Member rates run about 15% below standard, tier by tier. The monthly base buys priority access and, for the Correspondence plan, the first four Tier 1–2 letters; everything beyond bills at the member rate for its tier. Additional check-ins beyond four a month are billed at $185/hr. Either plan can be canceled with 30 days’ written notice; the plan and its monthly fee continue through the notice period.
