For disputes over money you were wrongly charged or are owed — padded or duplicate medical charges, surprise or duplicate fees, billing errors, or a security deposit that wasn’t returned. You pay only for the letters and time the work takes, at the same published rates as every other dispute. There is no percentage of any refund or recovery: whatever comes back to you is yours to keep.

Note — Every project is quoted in writing before work begins, and your fee never depends on the outcome. You review and approve each letter before sending it under your own name, and we can’t promise any particular result. Reducing a valid debt and repairing credit reports are not part of this service.
