Dispute, Demand & Formal-Response Letters
When you need someone to finally respond. Clear, documented letters you sign and send, priced by how far the situation has escalated. First letter $395.
When you need someone to finally respond. We write the letter; you review it, sign it, and send it. Every draft is built from the facts and documents you give us and written with proven negotiation psychology — warm to the person, precise about what you’re asking for.
We’re a writing service, not a law firm. When a letter refers to a published rule — a statute, regulation, agency procedure, or the sender’s own written policy — it’s drawn from public sources and included with your approval, so the reader knows exactly what you’re relying on.
Pricing
| Tier | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 — First Letter | Your opening letter: a request to verify a debt, a billing-error dispute, a reply to an agency notice, a security-deposit request, a consumer complaint, a request to stop contact, or a reply to a letter you suspect is a scam. 2 revision rounds. | $395 |
| Tier 2 — Follow-Up | The next letter in an ongoing situation — replying to their response, keeping the record clear, holding your position. Intake already done. 2 revision rounds. | $225 |
| Tier 3 — Escalation | A letter to an outside body — a regulator, ombudsman, licensing board, or the State Attorney General’s consumer division — or a final written request before you decide on next steps. Sent under your own name, with a documented timeline and cc list. 2 revision rounds. | $795 |
Every dispute starts with a $125 situation review
Your review is a written report on your situation, delivered within 3–5 business days after we receive your signed onboarding packet, payment, and documents. It gives you one of three recommended paths:
- We write it — the letter is a good fit for our service.
- We write it, and your lawyer reviews it — we draft the letter with our Attorney-Ready Preparation add-on so a lawyer you choose can check it before you send it.
- Please see a lawyer — if your situation involves a lawsuit, a court deadline, or a decision about your legal rights, we won’t take it on, and you pay only for the review.
Every review also lists the codes, acts, and statutes from our preliminary research and why they may matter to you, the specific questions to ask a lawyer, what can happen if you don’t get legal advice, and where to find a lawyer or legal aid. The $125 is credited in full toward your project if we write your letter.
Note — The codes, acts, and statutes in your review are from preliminary research. Please research them fully, or ask your lawyer to answer any questions about them. If a deadline is close, tell us when you book: a 3–5 day review may be too slow, and we'll suggest contacting a lawyer right away. For overcharges and refunds, every fee is flat and you keep everything recovered. We don’t prepare court filings or speak for you.
